Mark O’Hara

Mark has an extensive background in the real estate industry, including property management, construction, marketing and sales. He started his career in the early 1980’s with State Properties of New England in the development of one of the North Shore’s first large-scale condominium communities. Subsequent positions in property management led to Mark becoming one of the first Professional Community Association Manager designees in Massachusetts with a large portfolio of residential properties under his supervision.  Mark went on to manage C.P. Berry’s Fuller Pond Village community in Middleton for several years, and has served as Director of Sales for all C.P. Berry communities, starting at the Ipswich Country Club Homes. He served as both Director of Sales and Property Manager at Caldwell Farm in Newbury, English Commons at Topsfield, Patton Ridge in Hamilton and Rolling Green at Topsfield. Mark contributes his talents and experience by working with buyers through the home-building process, vetting land acquisitions for the company and providing property management services for newly-completed communities, among other tasks. He is licensed in Massachusetts as a Real Estate Broker and a Construction Supervisor, as well as serving as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth. Mark resides on the North Shore.
