Kyle Macphee

Kyle has been with the C.P. Berry Homes team for over fourteen years and is responsible for a variety of functions including: New Home preparation, New Home Buyer Orientation, and New Home Warranty service. Kyle brings his experience and talents to each new home built by C.P. Berry and enjoys being able to assist new buyers throughout the “settling-in” period. Kyle served as the on-site maintenance tech at C.P. Berry’s Fuller Pond Village community in Middleton for many years before joining C.P. Berry Homes at the start of its Caldwell Farm community in Newbury, MA in 2004. Kyle enjoys fishing whenever possible, camping in the outdoors and resides in North Andover.
