New duplex building underway at Rolling Green at Topsfield, comprised of a Bradford and a Coolidge.  The Coolidge is under contract and the Bradford is currently available.  Other homes underway with earlier delivery dates.  Model Homes open Tuesday thru Sunday, 12-noon to 4:00 pm, or by appointment.

  • 3 buildings fully-framed (6 units) with additional in progress;
  • Underground utility services nearing completion;
  • 2 Model Homes nearing completion for upcoming Grand Opening.

9.13.17 North Shore State of the Region



The North Shore Chamber of Commerce hosted over 340 local business leaders at its annual “State of the Region” breakfast at the Danversport Yacht Club on September 13th.  C.P. Berry Homes was honored to be one of the title sponsors of the event.  Several North Shore mayors and town managers spoke to the status of their respective communities and the positive state of the economic outlook for the region.
