Alan Berry, Vice President of C.P. Berry Homes speaks on the Residential New Home Construction market; Addresses over 275 business leaders at the North Shore Chamber of Commerce Breakfast

May 2, 2012, Peabody, MA - Alan Berry, Vice President of C.P. Berry Homes, was one of five speakers at the North Shore Chamber of Commerce Monthly Breakfast Forum, held earlier today at the Peabody Marriott Hotel. Over 275 business leaders and executives from local North Shore companies attended the New Construction & Building Forecast presentation. A panel of five industry experts, including Alan, each made individual presentations to the attendees and anchored a panel during the Question & Answer period afterward.

Alan's presentation focused on the residential real estate market, and specifically on the new construction residential market. An overview of the multi-year (2007-2011) changes in the housing market was provided by Alan and his colleagues on the panel.

Using sales data from the company's newest development - English Commons at Topsfield, Alan provided the attendees with his forecast for the market. "Based on our experience at English Commons, we see the market has turned and is slowly improving," stated Alan at the conclusion of his presentation.

The general consensus of the panel of experts, based on their individual experiences, was positive - all signs point to a rebounding real estate market, both residential and commercial, in 2012.
